2. THE DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

We do not ask you to provide Special Categories of personal data through our website or AI chatbot. This includes information about your racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, health, genetic data or biometric data used to identify you.

AI chatbot on our website
Our website includes an AI chatbot that responds to visitor questions and supports customer engagement. The chatbot uses the message you submit, relevant content from our website and pre-configured instructions to generate a response.
The response is generated by artificial intelligence and is not reviewed by a person before it is displayed to you. The chatbot does not transfer the conversation directly to a live human agent.
Marketing
We strive to provide you with choices regarding certain personal data uses, particularly around marketing and advertising. We have established the following personal data control mechanisms:
Promotional offers from us
