6.4 When using the artificial intelligence-powered chatbot made available through the Website, you must not:

- submit special category personal data, personal data relating to criminal convictions and offences or other sensitive personal information;
- attempt to test, manipulate, circumvent, reverse engineer or otherwise interfere with the operation of the chatbot; or
- use the chatbot for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose.
7. Account registration
7.1 To access certain areas of the Website or the Website Services, you may need to register an account. If you choose to register an account, you then must:
- provide accurate and complete information when registering, and
- treat as confidential and not disclose to any third-party any user identification code, password or other information provided as part of our security procedures.
7.2 We have the right to disable any account, user identification code or password at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms.
8. Security
8.1 We do not guarantee that the Website or the Website Services will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
8.2 You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access the Website and the Website Services. You should use your own virus protection software.
8.3 You must not misuse the Website or the Website Services by knowingly introducing Malicious Computer Software or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful, or otherwise harmfully interacting with the Website or the Website Services.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or the Website Services, the server on which the Website is hosted, or any server or computer database connected to the Website or the Website Services or any other equipment or network connected with the Website or the Website Services.
You must not interfere with, damage or disrupt any software used in the provision of the Website or the Website Services, or any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third-party on which the Website or the Website Services rely.
You must not attack the Website or the Website Services via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities, and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them.
In the event of such breach, your right to use the Website or the Website Services will cease immediately.
