Leadership
Vincent Braley
CEOVincent brings more than 15 years of experience in the electric motor industry. He has worked at Emerson Electric for 10 years, in different sales and marketing roles, including as a Sales Leader for the North American market. He transitioned to Nidec in 2017 and focused on Strategic Account Management, CRM system deployment, and then he led the Joint Venture feasibility study with Embraer. He earned a MS in EE from Georgia Tech and a MBA from Carnegie Mellon.
Rogério Puerta
Rogério Puerta joins us from Embraer, bringing more than 27 years of aerospace experience. He has led multidisciplinary engineering teams, and he has a proven track record in engineering planning, complex problem-solving, and driving technical excellence across various systems.
Throughout his career, Rogério has collaborated closely with major jet engine OEMs during aircraft development and certification, giving him deep insight into the challenges and opportunities ahead
Olivier Truong
CCO
Olivier currently leads Nidec Aerospace’s commercial strategy, leveraging nearly 20 years of experience in electric motors and aerospace. Before rejoining Nidec, he held several international sales and leadership roles at Heico, Solcon, and Emerson Electric. Olivier holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Luis Raul Ruiz
COOLuis began his career at Emerson Electric in 2007 and transitioned to Nidec following the acquisition of his division. He has extensive experience in manufacturing and operations within the electric motor industry, with a strong emphasis on process-driven execution and continuous improvement. Starting as a Manufacturing Engineer, he advanced into leadership roles including Engineering Manager and Plant Manager before joining Nidec Aerospace. He has led multiple program launches and key manufacturing transfers across the United States and China. He holds a degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Zacatecas in Mexico and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Bruno Dipp
CFOBruno Dipp joined Nidec Aerospace as Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 20 years of finance experience. He has been at Embraer for 16 years, leading key finance areas including Global Business Services and Controllership. Prior to that, he worked for 6 years as a manager at Santander and Bradesco in corporate banking. Mr. Dipp has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
